Shipping & Delivery Policy

TCD – THE CLOTH DIRECTION operates as a custom apparel manufacturing company. Every order is produced specifically according to client-approved specifications and therefore follows a manufacturing-based delivery schedule.

Production Timeline
  • Standard manufacturing timeline: 30–45 working days minimum.
  • Timelines begin only after final approval of designs, specifications, quantities, and receipt of applicable advance payments.
  • Timelines may vary depending on order volume, fabric availability, customization complexity, seasonal demand, supply chain conditions, and force majeure events.
Dispatch Process
  • Finished goods are dispatched through approved logistics providers, transport operators, courier partners, or client-appointed carriers.
  • Dispatch schedules are communicated upon completion of production.
Delivery Responsibility

Once goods are dispatched from the manufacturing facility, delivery timelines are subject to the performance of the selected logistics provider.

TCD shall not be liable for delays arising from:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Transportation delays
  • Government restrictions
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor strikes
  • Road closures
  • Force majeure events
Transit Insurance

TCD does not provide transit insurance unless specifically agreed in writing.

Insurance for:

  • Raw Materials
  • Finished Goods
  • Transit Shipments
  • Warehousing
  • Logistics Operations

shall remain solely the responsibility of the client.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client immediately upon dispatch from the manufacturing facility.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Clients must inspect all delivered goods immediately upon receipt and report any concerns in writing within seven (7) working days.
